A campaign about measuring the happiness index level of the employees in an organization. I am in charge of designing the posters under the supervision of Senior Manager as I did the design based on his intended portrayal, to have a sense of happiness in the poster as in the first version, the colors are a bit dull and doesn't express happiness in the poster. I redid the poster by changing that colors to express a more happiness vibe than the previous version and also do some alternate version of the poster where I put some of my creative input but after back-to-back discussions and trying to catch up the deadline for the campaign, I settled on the final version of the poster that others side agrees as well.
